This is a fun find, but it's also a necessary item for me.

One of the best body exfoliators I have ever used is the Kopari Coconut Crush Scrub.  The smell of Kopari products is heavenly. They are also cruelty free, and sulfate free.

It's a brown sugar scrub that also contains Tahitian coconut shell to help buff the dead skin off your body.

TUESDAY TIP OF THE WEEK!

When using a concealer in the under-eye area......don't put foundation on first and then put concealer over it.  This is a good way to prevent caking and/or product settling in to fine lines and wrinkles.

Bring your foundation to just below the area where you are going to lay the concealer.  Then put on the concealer where you are trying to get coverage for dark circles, or discoloring and then blend together with a damp lightly damp beauty blender.  This was you will blend the two together seamlessly.

Using a damp beauty blender really helps to prevent the product from creasing.  Also, using concealer sparingly at first, and adding a tiny bit more if you need it is a better control over not using too much.

These tips really made a difference for me.......I hope they help you as well!

April Birchbox Reveal!

I made the decision to try Birchbox for a few months. My April box just arrived. These are not full size products like the FABFITFUN is, but it's only $10.00 a month. It is a nice way to try new things.  There is a red matte liquid lipstick included, and I hope it's better than the one that was in my spring FABFITFUN box!! TUESDAY TIP OF THE WEEK! Liners on the Waterline can TOTALLY Change Your Look!

For a dramatic eye look, go with a dark brown or black eyeliner on your lower waterline.  For a really fresh and "awake" look, go with a white or a lighter flesh color.  This can totally change the eye look even if you have on the same color shadows! 

Tuesday Tip of the Week

Today I am sharing my tip of the week.  This tip can save those of us who have a great deal of allergies of a great gamut of ingredients, from having a great deal of allergic reactions.

By using this really easy tip, you can save yourself a world of frustration, and money at the Dr. and Benedryl!  This does not work 100% for products you would use in your eye area, but for body products, hair and facial areas it's been a life saver several times for me.

When trying out a new beauty/skincare product for the first time NEVER use it all over. Do a patch test on your neck right behind your  ear. Leave the product there for at least 4 to 5 hours.

I used a darker makeup products so you can see the placement of your test product.

If no reaction occurred then you are more than likely safe to use this on your face or body or hair.  The area behind your ear is extremely sensitive skin, so if it passes this test you will be ok. If it creates a red patch, then you should not use the product, and return it.  (Side tip- always keep your receipts!!!)

REVIEW of REALHER Blending Buds

I know I gave the REALHER lip products I received in my Spring fabfitfun box a big thumbs down, but one of the products I did as an "add-on" with my shipment was the sponge duo that I am going to talk about here.

I actually really like the Blending Buds. They are latex free so that is important for people who have an issue or allergy to latex.

I like the feel of these, the sizes are good, and when dampened they close to double in size.  I am happy with their blending ability as well.

I can't remember how much I paid for them as my add-on, but I don't think it was too much as I don't spend a lot for adding on.

All-in-all this product gets a thumbs up!

MIXNATURE Review and information

Recently I was watching a favorite YouTuber named Nikkia Joy, and she mentioned a product line that she really loves, and it peaked my interest.

I went to the website, and I took a look at what they have to offer, and I was super impressed.  They have many different products, but you get to pick the active ingredients in them to customize them just for you.

So, I made the decision to order three things.

First off, let me tell you I am super impressed with the shipping.  It came DHL because it comes from overseas.  I had to sign for it, so there was no chance of it being swiped off my front porch.  Also, it came really quick!  It was less than a week, and I had my merchandise.

The box............super sturdy, and personalized with MY NAME!

My choices are below:

Body Lotion, Hair Mask and Face Scrub

They came all the way from Latvia!

I love my products!  The lotion is super nice and not greasy, the hair mask has improved my hair already, and the facial scrub is really nice,and I can tell it's exfoliating my skin, but not so harsh that it would cause damage.  

All in all, I love these items I chose, and I will more than likely order again!
